Careers at MU Engineering

Under the new leadership of Dean Elizabeth Loboa, the College of Engineering at the University of Missouri is embarking on a large-scale, multi-disciplinary hiring effort for 40-50 new faculty in the areas of Big Data Analytics, Biomedical Innovations and Sustainability inFEWSed (Food, Energy, Water, Smart Cities).

The College of Engineering at the University of Missouri is in the process of hiring approximately 20 new faculty in the area of Big Data Analytics with special focus in a variety of areas, including machine learning and data mining, geospatial intelligence, analytics for public policy, high performance computing and networking and transportation and infrastructure. These new hires will have the potential to be joint positions with the other colleges or schools across the University of Missouri, including the Trulaske College of Business, School of Medicine, Sinclair School of Nursing, the College of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources and the Harry S. Truman School of Public Affairs.

The College of Engineering at the University of Missouri is in the process of hiring approximately 15 new faculty in the area of Biomedical Innovations. These new hires will have the potential to be joint hires with the other colleges or schools at MU. MU offers a rich environment for collaboration with other faculty in medicine, veterinary medicine, nursing, health professions, arts & sciences and agriculture, food and natural resources.
